Is there some standard for a sewage hose to hull removable connection which, when disconnected, is flush with the hull?

Bit late now as I am making one by welding a 1" female D Camlock to a 1 1/2" male nipple (sorry but those are the correct terms). I do wonder if I am re-inventing the wheel but can't find anything.

Hopefully pontoon side the standard is 1" Camlocks anyway that is what our marina have gone for.

Yes - an ISO standard flush deck fitting fitting which will accept the male suction nozzle at a pump out station or 1 1/2 inch BSP threaded male fitting.
So work everywhere.

Will that accept a semi permanent and airtight hose fitting on the outside though?

Yes - I use a 1 1/2 male BSP hosetail to make my own pump out fitting.

Water feature. Large pic gone astray.
