Borg Warner Velvet Drive Gearbox Problem

Hi Charles, I've just bought some ATF made by Comma - can't see any spec on the 5ltr can but it does state that it's "suitable for Borg Warner automatic transmissions and torque converters". Going back to Belgium on Thursday so I'll try it out on Friday.
PS says "mineral" on can as opposed to what, animal or vegetable ?

Certainly sounds suitable.
Most of the fluids I have used have no detailed contents list (apart from the generic suitability for all/most automatice transmissions and relevant specifications etc).

Hi Bob........"Mineral" as opposed to "synthetic" which is much more expensive and OTT for Velvet Drives.

As opposed to synthetic I would guess.
