Water-Way Satnav System

Do many people use this software? A search shows a couple of mentions but I couldn't find any opinions on whether it is useful or not.

Almost all commercial ships and about half the leisure craft use a Satnav. Commercial use Tresco with a hefty price tag of €4000 with all the maps. Leisure craft mostly use PC Navigo, which is a bargain at €400.
