Paragon P400 series gearbox

I need to source an output shaft flange (where the prop shaft connects) either new or second hand as long as the splines are in good condition.My usual source MIT near Queenborough can't supply one.
I have been told scrap yards in Holland are a good source of used gearboxes, can anyone suggest yards with phone numbers.
