Thanks for the offer Chris. I have just returned from Holland. I contacted dfds saying that it made no sense for me to have to go to P & O, when I was such a long standing customer. I asked that the problem of being able to by multi trip tickets whenever a customer wished to buy them was important for their business. Shortly after they rang me and offered to convert one of my last years tickets that I could not use free of charge. Well done dfds!
When do your tickets expire Chris?
