toilet - electric macerator 600W £59 new

My mind has turned to toilets - we will be plumbed in shortly and will need to pump into a pontoon tank. I suspect our ageing Jabsco manuals will struggle.

So I knew there is a Jabsco converter to change a manual to an electric and this was my first thought. Then I saw they are £352 or more, ex VAT! That is more than the cost of a new electric toilet! Even ASAP want £262.

So now I'm looking at adding a mains voltage macerator instead . Saniflows appear at £300 each. Does anyone recognise the make? .

At that price any repairs would be simple - remove, bin, replace.

being the owner of several (hotel) the only ones I don't get trouble from are Edincare. That looks a Chinese one which lasted a week with me !

At £59 with TuV probably worth a punt. Power wise 600w is fine.
I have a similarly priced garage door opener from EBay NL, so probably from the Far East, and it has been great.

Yes Saniflow is the leading name in macerating toilets in the UK.. Not sure at the price. I think that is £100's out. Im a plumber in the UK and i would expect to pay £200-£250. Check out the screwfix catalog. I did look at the Add...I have fitted quite a few Saniflows in my time and that one does not look quite right. BUT !! that does not mean that is not a good gamble. The Add said it was from Germany with free post... Sorry it does sound a very good deal if not too good. Might be damaged box or scuffed goods. I would ping a mail across and see the response before i give the money..
