Hi - We've just bought a French registered Dutch barge. (The previous owners are French) We have two bits of official paper "Extrait Des Inscriptions De Droits Reels" (which is pink) and the D'immatriculation du bateau (yellow-ish). From my research so far, the yellow one is the rego equivalent - we'll be doing UK rego - what I "think" I read (via google translate!) is that this registration automatically cancels.
The pink bit of paper is to confirm the owners?? . . maybe? I think we have to update this - I've asked the Bureau d'Immatriculation de Nevers to confirm what we have to do - but thought I'd ask here also. Sorry to be so long winded! If anyone could shed any light - I'd be grateful!
