That fits with my dates - Survey 2009, Certificate 2011, expiry 2016. It reminds me I'm about due for another survey - but also makes me think of putting it off to 2016!

Thank you both for the information re date of survey and not certificate, that now makes sense. Do you know whether it is possible to bring forward the date of renewal of a TRIWV by a few months so that we could use last years survey report?
